For shared use: natural state property (fenced), terraced garden with plants, meadow. 3 km long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access (250 m via unmade road, mountain road). Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking at the house at 20 m. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Como" 60 km, pebble beach "Lido di Gravedona" 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Marina 12 km, surf school 12 km, sailing school 12 km, walking paths from the house 500 m. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio-Gravedona, Agriturismo Zertin, Lake Como Adventure Park, Varenna, Bellagio. Sehr schön, aber ab vom Schuss

Süßen Häuschen zum entspannen und runterkommen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den See und schönen Wanderwegen direkt in der Umgebung. Gewürze vorhanden. Induktionsherd ohne passende Pfannen und Töpfe dazu. Für Paletts, Holz, WLAN, Parkplatz muss man vor Ort nochmal extra bezahlen. Der Weg dorthin ist sehr sehr schlecht und eigentlich auch nur für kleine Autos geeignet.

Wunderschön, gepflegt , tolle Aussicht

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, genau was wir wollten. Herrlich ist der Außenbereich mit dem Ausblick auf den See. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Nur der Weg bis nach oben ist sehr weit und die Straße zu Schluss sehr eng und schlecht.

Wunderschön und einfach zugleich

Die Unterkunft ist so, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Vermieterin spricht kein Deutsch, weiß sich aber sehr gut auszudrücken. Landschaftlich ein Traum und sehr schöne Wanderwege und Pfade in direkter Umgebung. Nur mit dem Induktionsherd kamen wir nicht zurecht und das Kaminholz war leicht feucht. Dennoch sehr zu empfehlen für Leute, die nicht den reinen Luxus suchen.

Wunderschön und einsam gelegen

Wir haben eine einfache Unterkunftgesucht, die nicht so furchtbar modern und kalt eingerichtet ist. Und in der wir für uns sein können. Dieses nette Häuschen hat uns alles geboten, was wir brauchten...Nur das Kaminholz war etwas feucht. Mit dem Induktionsherd kam ich auch nicht zurecht. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und obwohl wir kein Italienisch sprechen, konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Gleich vom Haus aus kann man die schönsten Wanderungen starten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
