Terrace duplex directly on the beach

Owner-occupied duplex on the 2nd (top) floor of a small oceanfront building, just steps from the beach. If health restrictions prevent you from staying on the beach, you can go down as often as you like to swim just below and come back up to enjoy the ocean view with all the French doors open. The apartment has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. On the ground floor, a large, bright living room overlooking the sea with a beautiful open-concept kitchen and a half-bath. On the ground floor, a double bedroom (160 cm bed) with a French door facing the sea and a TV, a small bedroom with two single beds and a window facing the sea, a shower/half-bath, and storage space. No direct view from neighbouring units. No pets allowed. Private outdoor parking within the residence. Linens provided; laundry service available at an additional cost. Three hours of cleaning included to ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection. The apartment, which is naturally well-ventilated, will be aired out for 8 hours between each guest’s stay. Disinfectant cleaning products are provided for guests’ personal use during their stay.
The apartment is located in a quiet area at the end of the marina, right at the start of the beach. Water sports club 50m away: sailing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding... Boat rentals right outside the building. All shops nearby.
Note for families: direct access to the beach and the water sports club with no road to cross. From the windows, you can see the children at the beach.
Village on the edge of a nature reserve. Beautiful, secluded beaches accessible via the coastal trail along the shore. Hikers of all levels—from seasoned veterans to beginners—can also enjoy beautiful hikes along the coastal customs officers’ trail and through the hills.
