The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor and has a living area of approximately 50 m². It comes with a parking space and is strictly non-smoking.



The apartment is lovingly furnished and is in a great location in Westerland. Particularly noteworthy are the sophisticated built-in cabinetry, which give the apartment a modern yet cosy atmosphere. You’ll quickly feel right at home here. The open kitchen is well-equipped and offers everything even hobby chefs need. The lovingly designed bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. On the south-facing balcony, you can relax and enjoy the sun.

Upstairs is the living area with a sleeper sofa (approx. 140 cm wide) for 1–2 children, a TV, and Wi-Fi. There is also a dining area and an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and wine refrigerator. The balcony is furnished with patio furniture (available from approximately April through October). The bedroom, which can be darkened, features a double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a TV. The modern shower room rounds out the amenities. A shared washing machine is available in the house for a fee.
You are welcome to bring a well-behaved pet. A one-time pet fee will be charged for this.

Laundry packages are available for an additional fee (€30 per person) if you do not wish to bring your own.
