Marco's apartment is amazing. You can't go wrong in any way. AC work great, kitchen is well appointed and regardless of what Google maps says there are cafes and restaurants everywhere. In fact I think you have to walk almost 50 meters for the first gelato! So many things are easy and close in. The vappareto stop is about a 3 minute walk and you can pick up water taxis there as well easily. Highly recommended and the check in was smooth and very informative!

Marco’s apartment is fantastic! We felt that we were the first guests ever to set foot in there, because it was so well organized, clean and fresh. And Marco is a phenomenal host. He met us at the taxi boat stop and personally walked us to the apartment, as if we were family. He is meticulous and very attentive to details. And Dorsoduro was the right spot for us because it is close enough to the action, but far enough to have some peace and tranquility from the Venice crowds. I have been to many rentals and this is one of the very best. I highly recommend!

Very clean and bright apartment in Venice, located on the first floor with lovely views of a small canal. The neighborhood is quiet and away from the tourist crowds, yet still quite central and safe.Marcos was an excellent host: very kind, responsive, and easy to reach. He met us at the vaporetto station and walked us to the apartment for check-in, which was a great touch.Highly recommended.

Marco is a fabulous host. He responds rapidly to questions and provides helpful details. We stayed in Marco’s flat in 2023 and were very happy that it was available for this trip. The flat is beautiful and spacious. There is a bathtub in one of the two bathrooms which is a real bonus. The location is excellent, two minutes from a vaporetto stop so easy to get to. There are many restaurants and bars in the area and an excellent grocery store about 5 mins walk I highly recommend this fabulous apartment!.
