Large living room with two beds, shelves, workbench with TV and clear TV antenna, large mirror. Kitchen with refrigerator 480 lts, 4 burner stove, microwave, 20 liter bottle of mineral water with (electric water cooler), blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker and all kitchen utensils (cutlery, plates, glasses, pans ... ). Service area with laundry, and washing machine 12 kilos, clothesline and closet. Balcony with hammock, table and four chairs (tramontina) and refractory cement steak house barbecue. It is 500m from the beach of the pools and Tamar project. And very close to the shops, the bar of Souza (where there is the famous fish cake and delicious delicacies, every night with live sound, Very privileged location, at the best of Praia do Forte, in a strictly residential, spring, very pleasant , and close to the beach and the village. Amo veranear na praia do forte no imóvel 574016438

Adoro veranear na praia do forte me hospedo há muito tempo no imóvel 574016438, super indico!! casa confortável, bem localizada, bem proximo a vila onde tem todas as opções de alimentação, entretenimento e lazer. Passei 9 dias, pretendo voltar mais vezes.

Excelente localização.

Ficamos na casa de 03 a 23 de janeiro,férias maravilhosa está casa e perto de tudo que praia do forte oferece; mercado praias,barzinhos,a casa tem tudo,não falta nada até Wi-Fi, excelente localização e a proprietária é muito simpática, super recomendo.. alugamos sempre Ivana Marinho

estadia decepcionante

A localização do imóvel é de fato muito boa por estar próxima a praia, aos principais restaurantes e mercado, porém a vizinhança é muito barulhenta. Todas as noites os vizinhos faziam batucada na rua e os cachorros do vizinho de baixo faziam muito barulho, não tivemos sossego durante a nossa estadia. Tivemos alguns problemas no imóvel como chuveiro de uma das suítes dando choque e a torneira da pia que deu problema. Fechamos o registro até que fosse consertado. Alguns pontos negativos: a casa acomoda 6 pessoas, sendo que 4 em quartos com ar e ventilador e 2 em bicama na sala sem nenhum ventilador, o que se tornou impossível dormir na sala. Os travesseiros de um dos quartos eram péssimos, eram várias espumas dentro de uma fronha. Além disso, 2 informações contidas no anúncio não conferem: cafeteira=garrafa térmica e closet=guarda-roupa. Outra coisa que não tinha ficado claro pra gente, é de que o estacionamento ficava em uma outra rua (aproximadamente 800m da casa).O ponto positivo é que a proprietária é muito simpática e prestativa.

Perfeito para quem gosta de aconchego.

Localização ótima, próximo ao centro, 2 mercados bem próximos com pão quentinha quase toda hora, casa muito arejada, tudo completinho. Sem contar o Atendimento da Dona, fora do comum, muito atenciosa, prestativa. A casa estava muito bem limpa, tudo certo, quando voltarmos com certeza iremos ficar lá novamente
