Village Porto Smeralda is in the best condominium in Guarajuba, Costa Smeralda. Its excellent location gives you access to beaches, beautiful squares, bike paths and seaside walking tracks, without having to travel by car.

The resort-style village features a large pool, lounge, sauna, gym, children's playground, large green lagoon area where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. There are 02 suites, all air conditioned, kitchen and outdoor gourmet area. We have TV in the living room and bedrooms and Wi Fi. The rent already includes expenses with water and gas kitchen. The place is ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy the beauties of the coast with tranquility and security (24h security / gated community).

Near the condominium you can enjoy good restaurants, bars, pizzeria, shopping, supermarket, and very close to Praia do Forte and 45 km from Luis Eduardo Magalhães Airport.

Foram dias maravilhosos. Começo pelo anfitrião. Pessoa educada e prestativa. O flat é belo, confortável, limpo, equipado e cheio de detalhes que recarregam a alma. O condomínio possui uma estrutura de lazer variada e um por do sol incrível. A localização é ótima, próximo da praia e do calçadão. Recomendo o flat do Samuel.

PRAIA LINDA E VILAGE CONFORTÁVEL E BEM LOCALIZADO

Passei dias ótimos no Vilage. A estrutura é excelente e o apartamento bastante confortável. A praia está a 5 minutos a pé e o vilage é lindeiro a uma lagoa onde o sol se põe. Samuel, o dono do apartamento, é muito disponível e gentil.

O condomínio é excelente, com toda infraestrutura, em um ambiente familiar. O imóvel, de propriedade de Samuel, que foi super atencioso, é impecável! Voltarei mais vezes e já passei a indicar para os amigos!
