Thank you for the great review. The Villas Cerca Del Mar are private villas, located in Playa Langosta, right across the street from the beach. Each villa is uniquely decorated, but they all come fully equipped with 3 bedrooms and a private pool. Ideal for small groups of friends and families, they keep a charming Mediterranean style with nice floor tiles and wood ceilings. They all have a/c in every room, cable TV, internet, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. You also have a parking place for one vehicle per unit. Villa 9 is very welcoming, with one room downstairs and two rooms on the second floor, and a double bed in each. The pool is on the back of this unit and provides nice privacy and a relaxing environment.

Love this place

We continue to come back to the place year after year - we just love it. The location is excellent. It is both close to the ocean, near to Tamarindo, and in a quiet neighborhood with great locals and shops. The house is well laid out, has all the things we care about from great wifi to an even better private pool - and we saw monkeys come over head through the tree while swimming in it. Here I should also say we also value the staff, as they always treat us like family.

Thank you for the 5-star review. Villa Cerca Del Mar is a great property located across the street from the beach In Playa Langosta, one mile from the town of Tamarindo. Villa Serena is a little Oasis surrounded by nature. Its Mediterranean style makes it charming. It has 3 BDR's and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The house has air-conditionning, internet and cable tv, a full kitchen, washer and dryer and a private pool. We hope you can come and stay here again soon. Pura vida!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our time in Playa Langosta. It had been several years since we’d visited and there were several new restaurants within walking distance of the house and of course the proximity to the beach is wonderful for morning walks and sunset watching. The house was perfect for our family.

Terrific time in Tamarindo

Beautiful location excellent and comfortable accommodation that very comfortably sleeps 6. Great pool to cool off after a hot day house is fully equipped for cooking and just living. Everything is there for a fun comfortable air-conditioned stay two minutes from the Pacific. Perfect!!

It is in the Langosta neighborhood, very quiet and close to nature. The villa is fully equipped for 6, ideal for families with kids and/or for 3 couples. It has a nice private pool to enjoy at anytime of the day :)

A place to Relax

I felt like I was able to catch up on 3 weeks worth of sleep. Very peaceful. Bring all your toiletries as they only provide a bar of soap.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful VRBO near Langosta Beach! The home was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our group, with three comfortable bedrooms w/private bathrooms there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The private pool was a huge highlight and quickly became our favorite place to relax after beach days.The location is fantastic—just minutes from Langosta Beach and a short drive to great restaurants, shops, and Tamarindo. The property felt private and peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to do. The management company was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located home base in Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

Thank you for choosing to stay at Villa Cerca del Mar 9. This 3 BDR villa is located in the quiet neighborhood of Playa Langosta, right across the street from the beach and a short mile distance ot the center of Tamarindo, where most of the shops and restaurants are. You can still find a few great places ot eart in Langosta, and there is a supermarket open 7 days a week there too. The villa is a part of a group of 10 units, each with its own parking spot and pool. The villa is very welcoming with a nice Mediterranean-style decoration. Fully equipped for 6 guests it is ideal for families and friends.

Casa Del Mar has a perfect location for Tamarindo! We were out of the hustle and bustle of the town but it was still easily accessible (via car or golf cart). Located just across the street from the beach, we had a nice combo of beach time and enjoying the private pool. Lots of rocky spots on the closest beaches so make sure to bring water shoes. Overall house was well maintained and would easily recommend it to others House was very comfortable for our family. Two full bedrooms (with sitting areas) and bathrooms upstairs and the master was downstairs with bathroom and laundry en-suite. The extra half bath was an added bonus. Plenty of room to hang out in the family room and watch tv or play games. Kitchen wasn’t huge but had enough amenities for us to be able to cook a few meals. We did a concierge grocery run ahead of time but the stores were open even on the holidays so probably unnecessary. There is a well stocked little market just around the corner. m

This is the only place my husband can forget about work completely without phones or internet. We love the private pool where you never have to leave and the secret gardens but, too many great restaurants (favs, Ursula's, Taco Stop). Great new AutoMercado grocery store since the last time we were there with gourmet quality meats and vegetables and a good liquor dept. A perfect getaway for 2 easygoing, friendly couples.
