La Maison d'Antoinette – Comfort and Charm in Mont-Saint-Michel Bay

Located in Mont-Saint-Michel Bay, just 20 minutes from Saint-Malo and its famous Route du Rhum, our charming cottage "La Maison d'Antoinette" welcomes groups of 4 to 7 guests.



Enjoy tranquility and rustic elegance in this independent house, part of a carefully renovated historic farmhouse that blends tradition with modern comforts while preserving its Breton character.



The 75 m² home is spread over two floors:



• Ground floor

- Open kitchen, fully equipped, adjoining living and dining area

- Living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, WiFi

- Wood stove with firewood provided (autumn, winter)

- WC and laundry area with washer and dryer



• Upstairs

- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm)

- 1 bedroom with a single bed (90x190 cm) and 2 bunk beds (90x190 cm)

- Separate WC

- Bathroom with bathtub/shower

- Mezzanine library with bench that converts to a bed for 2



• Outdoors

400 m² garden with north and south terraces, outdoor furniture, parasol, barbecue, sun loungers. 4.2 m trampoline and swing for children (under your supervision).



Beds are made on arrival and linens are provided. Continental breakfast basket and Nespresso capsules are available on request for an extra charge. Final cleaning is optional for an extra charge.
