One pet is welcome. Events are not permitted to ensure everyone’s peace and quiet.



The chalet is part of a leisure residential park established in 1984, in a tranquil setting bordered by forest and river. On site, you’ll find an artisan bakery, bar, restaurants, a pizzeria, and a food truck. Leisure facilities include a playground for children aged 6 to 12, a games room with billiards, pinball, table tennis, books and board games, and a pétanque court (summer only). The region is ideal for mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, rafting, canyoning, treetop adventure, ziplining, and paragliding. For quieter activities, enjoy swimming, tennis, and mini-golf. Verchaix offers easy access to major Alpine destinations: Samoëns (3 km), Cluses (18 km), Geneva (50 km), Annecy (60 km). The chalet is 200 m from Lac Bleu de Morillon and 500 m from the Grand Massif.
