Outside, relax in your private garden or on the covered terrace—perfect for outdoor dining with your private barbecue. The peaceful setting, on the edge of the forest and by the river, is ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities.



Two shared parking spaces are available on site. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. You can use the shared gym and reach a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.



Les Hameaux du Giffre, a residential leisure park established in 1984, offers individual chalets in a quiet, exceptional environment. This authentic Savoyard village gives you easy access to major Alpine destinations: Annecy (60 km), Geneva (50 km), Cluses (18 km), and Samoëns (3 km). You’re 200 m from Lac Bleu de Morillon and 500 m from the Grand Massif. The site is perfect for mountain biking, hiking, horse riding, rafting, canyoning, treetop adventure, ziplining, and paragliding over Mont Blanc. For calmer activities, enjoy swimming, tennis, or mini-golf. On site: artisan bakery, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, food truck, playground (ages 6–12), games room with billiards, pinball, table tennis, books, board games, and a pétanque court (summer).
