Terrace 20 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 2 cars), garage on the property. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
