Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 600 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Vinaròs" 4 km, sandy beach "El Clot" 2 km, shingle beach "El Campanar" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km. Nearby attractions: Peñiscola 25 km, Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències 150 km, Morella 64 km, Delta del Ebro 30 km, Port Aventura 105 km, Sant Mateu 38 km.
