Finca Can Vicento with swimming pool and air conditioning, Porto Cristo, Majorca

Our Finca Can Vicento enjoys a peaceful and secluded location in the countryside in the east of the island, yet is only a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful harbour town of Porto Cristo.

A beautiful, well-tended garden surrounds the finca, its saltwater pool (6.50m x 4.00m) with an outdoor shower, as well as the sun loungers and the covered terrace, ensuring wonderful peace and privacy, whether you wish to relax in the sun or in the shade. The terrace, with its barbecue and large dining table, has direct access to the kitchen, making al fresco dining a breeze. From here, you also enjoy a magnificent view of the adjacent almond grove, which transforms into a stunning sea of blossoms at the start of the year. A large parking area in front of the house, lined with light-coloured gravel, is separated from the pool and garden area by a pretty sandstone wall, an old wooden door and plants, allowing several cars to be parked directly by the house without disturbing the idyllic atmosphere and tranquillity at the rear of the finca.

The heart of the house and its main entrance is a large living/dining area with an adjoining kitchen. Here you’ll find a cosy two-seater sofa with a TV and WiFi, a spacious dining table and a wood-burning stove, which provides warmth and cosiness in winter. The house also has oil-fired central heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms, making it comfortable to stay in all year round.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features various electrical appliances, such as a Tab coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric hob with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge, all of which contribute to a relaxing holiday.

The master bedroom has a 180cm x 200cm bed, the second bedroom has two single beds (90cm x 200cm), which can be pushed together to form a double bed if required, and the third bedroom has a 140cm x 200cm bed. All three bedrooms are also equipped with large wardrobes and air conditioning (hot/cold).

Between the two smaller bedrooms, accessible from the living room, is one of the fully equipped bathrooms, complete with a shower, hairdryer, towels and a mirror. The second bathroom is en suite and accessible from the master bedroom.

The finca is idyllically situated in the countryside around Porto Cristo in the east of the island. It is easily accessible via a well-surfaced but quiet road and is just a few minutes’ drive from the lovely harbour town of Porto Cristo, with its pretty sandy beach and numerous restaurants and shops. Great day-trip destinations, such as the ‘Cuevas del Drach’ and ‘Cuevas dels Hams’ caves, as well as ‘Dinosaurland’, are also just a stone’s throw away. Other attractions, such as the “Safari Mallorca” wildlife park or go-karting in Cala Millor, as well as beautiful bays, beaches and villages, are also within easy reach by car. So nothing stands in the way of a varied holiday at this finca.
