The kilometer-long sandy beach, the lively town centre, the promenade, and the spa gardens are all about an 8- to 10-minute walk away; the location is close to city centre yet quiet. Numerous restaurants invite you to indulge, and many shops for strolling—as well as supermarkets—are just a stone’s throw away. Here, you can easily leave your car behind during your holiday.
A beach chair (seasonal, available from early May through mid-September) is provided free of charge on the beach.
The Cosy Home is new and furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail; with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 2 separate bathrooms, it offers plenty of space for 8 people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday near the beach. As soon as you walk in, you’ll sense a pleasant atmosphere filled with warmth and light, making you feel right at home. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen-dining area that offers all the amenities to delight any home cook. Here, you can chat and get creative while cooking in good company. The cosy dining area, with its beautiful view and access to the garden, offers plenty of space for shared meals and social gatherings.[nbsp] The small front terrace is perfect for your first morning coffee. At the rear of the fully fenced property is another large sun terrace with patio furniture and lounge chairs for many pleasant hours outdoors.
Also on the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled living room with an XXL sofa set and a reading nook, a modern shower room with a separate toilet, and two bedrooms equipped with box-spring beds (180x200), wardrobes with ample storage space, blackout curtains, and a private sun terrace on one side, and blackout pleated blinds on the other. On the upper floor, there are 3 additional bedrooms with double beds (180x200), closets, blackout pleated blinds, and 2 additional TVs; the second shower room with an adjoining balcony; and a separate bathroom with a sink and bidet. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement.
There are 2 parking spaces on the fully fenced[nbsp] property. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the garage.
