Close to Montpellier and Béziers, Clermont-l’Hérault is perfect for sightseeing, hiking, swimming, and above all, relaxation. Nearby you’ll find Lake Salagou (mountain biking, water sports), Villeneuvette, Pézenas, Pic du Vissou, Guilhem-le-Désert, the Hérault gorges, Bouzigues, Marseillan, Mèze, Sète, and the Cirque de Navacelles.



In Clermont-l’Hérault, you have everything for your holiday: cinema, theater, roller dance, futsal, squash, paragliding, and an aquatic center. Enjoy local markets, the library, the water sports base, mountain bike trails and rentals, and the local rose garden.



The house is 1 km on foot from the town center.



At the end of a quiet residential lane, the accommodation welcomes 4 to 5 guests on the first floor. It features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined as a king, a fold-down single bed, and a living room with a sturdy fold-down king bed. Fold-down beds create spacious living areas when closed.



You have parking in front of the house, a terrace, and, on request, a garage for storing bikes or equipment.



Pets are welcome under certain conditions.



One bath towel per person is provided, two for stays longer than four days. Beds are made on arrival, except for same-day bookings—then sheets are provided.



The owner lives on the ground floor and is usually available if needed.
