The newly renovated townhouse “Zauberhaus” in Norddeich offers stylish and comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people in a 60 m² space. Spread over two floors, you’ll find a quiet, smoke-free oasis with thoughtfully designed amenities—ideal for couples and families who appreciate being close to the North Sea.

On the ground floor is the bright living and dining area with a cosy sofa corner, TV, and an open-concept kitchen featuring a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Wi-Fi and privacy screens on all windows provide additional comfort.

Two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate guest bathroom offer plenty of space for relaxing days. Central heating and smoke detectors are, of course, provided.

The patio with patio furniture invites you to relax, and a free parking space is available right next to the house.

The beach, the sea, restaurants, shopping, and the train station are all within easy walking distance—perfect conditions for relaxing days at the beach, bike rides, and activities along the North Sea.
