There are also several themed bike tours that let you discover the region from a completely different perspective. For example, you can immerse yourself in the world of beer and get to know numerous family-run breweries. You’ll cycle through the enchanting landscape of the fish ponds with their Aischgründer carp, passing by culinary destinations in “Carp Country.” Here, the innkeepers offer Franconian specialities such as fried carp, Schäufele, Knöchla, and bratwurst. Other regional highlights include game dishes, carp fillets, farm-fresh products from the farmers’ market, and Franconian wine. Discover beautiful Franconian wine regions, such as the Ipsheim vineyards, or learn more about aromatic herbs.PGJyPgGood to know: Carp is served only during the “R” months (September through April)—a traditional dish that is often baked, prepared “blau” (in a special marinade), or pan-fried.

Accommodation:
The house features 2 holiday apartments, a yoga/Qi Gong studio with a meditation garden, and a treatment room in the basement for massages, pedicures, and beauty treatments—bookings are made separately. We also offer singing bowl sessions and sound journeys for inner relaxation at €60 per hour.

The apartment is on the ground floor, 110 square metres in size, with a large south/east-facing balcony.
There are 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 box-spring beds, 1 wooden-frame bed). The living room features a cosy seating area with a TV, a dining area, and a pull-out armchair that converts into an extra bed. The living room opens onto a large balcony with a view of fields and meadows. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fully automatic coffee maker, refrigerator-freezer, stove, dishwasher, and much more. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.

Apartment 2 can be rented separately: it is located in the attic, is 110 square metres, and features a loggia-style balcony with a view over meadows to the nearby pond by the forest (a 5-minute walk).
3 bedrooms with double beds; 1 bedroom is in the attic and accessible via a spiral staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fully automatic coffee machine, fridge-freezer, stove, and dishwasher, and features a dining counter for 2 people and access to the loggia balcony. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and toilet. There is no living room; instead, there is a fully equipped yoga/fitness room.

The outdoor area is shared: a 1,000-square-meter “Harmony Garden,” a barbecue area with a seating area, and a swing chair on the veranda. Meditation garden with a pavilion, terrace for outdoor dining, free parking, and 4 carports.

Since another apartment on the ground floor is available, the entire house can also be booked for private events, such as small wedding receptions or birthday parties.

For celebrations—or even just a very special evening—a private/event chef is available and can be requested and booked individually. He’ll be happy to provide culinary accompaniment for your event, with everything always cooked with love and sourced sustainably.
