A completely newly furnished waterfront holiday home with a private 10-meter jetty (9-meter boat).
The garden features a spacious and sunny south-facing terrace. You can moor your own boat at the house! Feel free to bring your own boat or rent a sloop.
The terrace is equipped with a lounge set, two sun loungers, two separate lounge chairs at the water's edge, and a dining table with six chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The automatic awning is equipped with a wind detector.
The living and dining room offer comfortable seating, a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, as well as two comfortable armchairs, a large smart TV, and sliding doors leading to the terrace. The beautiful new open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. It's very well-equipped, making this house a must-have for cooking enthusiasts. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 box spring). The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 box spring). The smaller bedroom has a bunk bed (90x200) and is ideal for children and teenagers. The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, sink with storage space, and a hairdryer. All bedrooms have mosquito screens so you can sleep comfortably with an open window.
