Our lovingly and stylishly furnished apartment, spanning approximately 50 square metres, offers the ideal, cosy retreat for two people. Enjoy the quiet location and the view of the countryside—perfect for relaxing. The tastefully designed apartment combines comfort with charm. There is also a 135-cm-wide sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps up to two people. Feel free to bring your dog along; it can run around on the large lawn next to the house.
There is a parking space in front of the house, the option to charge and store bicycles on the property, shared use of the garden, good access to the A7 and A3 highways, a train station within a 20-minute walk, and all kinds of shopping options within a 10-minute walk. The charming city centre area of Kitzingen is a 15-minute walk away.

Die Bauarbeiten in der Nachbarschaft. Total verstaubtes Auto. Wurde bei Buchung nicht angegeben. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Vermieter brachte noch einen Ventilator wegen der Hitze.
