Shop 2 km, bus stop "via roma la lanterna" 3 km, railway station "Cagliari" 50 km, ferry "Cagliari" 50 km, sandy beach "Is Traias" 300 m. Marina 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Nearby attractions: Porto Giunco 4 km, Punta Molentis 4 km, Costa Rei 14 km, Caglairi 50 km. Please note: car recommended.
3-room house on 3 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with TV and air conditioning. Exit to the veranda. Kitchenette (4 gas rings, microwave). On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and fan. Exit to the terrace. Patio roofed, small garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous view of the sea.
