Villa '23 Les Sablons' with Private Terrace, Garden, and Wi-Fi
Located in Pornic, this typical Pornic-style house of 90 m² welcomes up to 6 guests with its 3 bedrooms (2 x 140 cm beds + 1 x 160 cm bed). You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen for your comfort, a spacious tastefully furnished living room facing the sunny south garden, a bathroom, and separate toilet.
Enjoy two covered terraces and a private garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The west-facing terrace and enclosed southwest garden are perfect for relaxing outdoors with your children and friends.
Parking is easy: you can park two vehicles on the property, and free street parking is also available.
A washing machine is at your disposal.
The villa is just a three-minute walk from Sablons Beach and its legendary beach hut. Pornic, a seaside resort on the Jade Coast west of Nantes, is accessible by train. The town offers thalassotherapy, night markets, cinema, theater, an 18-hole golf course, and coastal trails. You can enjoy water sports clubs, the Old and New Harbors with free shuttles, and many white-sand coves.
Final cleaning is included.
