Located in Pornic, this charming 45 m² cottage welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a private, well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a comfortable living area overlooking the lush garden. The private garden offers a golf view, barbecue, and an uncovered terrace with outdoor furniture.

Access the secure shared outdoor pool, open from June 15 to September 15. Your south-facing private garden ensures peace and a relaxing golf view. A shared ping-pong table is also available.

The property provides one on-site parking space, with additional street parking possible.

The cottage is in a quiet private estate at the end of a cul-de-sac, just a 10-minute walk from Noëveillard Beach. Cycle paths and a free shuttle bus, 3 minutes away, depart directly from the estate. Pornic offers a seaside experience on the Jade Coast with thalassotherapy, night markets, cinema, theater, and an 18-hole golf course. You’ll find water sports clubs, old and modern harbors served by free shuttles, many white-sand coves, and coastal trails. Shuttle to the train station available.

Final cleaning included. Bed linen and towels available for an extra fee.
