Come and enjoy a pretty house of 80 m2 less than 200 metres from the beach of Joselière in Pornic with direct access to the path of the customs officers and the beach, in a residence offering collective swimming pool from mid-June to mid-September, a tennis court, a volleyball court and a bowling alley.
The comfortable house is quiet in a cul-de-sac and has a private garden with sea view.
3 bedrooms with new mattresses: 160*200 bed; 160*200 or 2*80*200; 2*80*190 trundle or 6 beds.
Equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, food processor with integrated recipes, kettle... overlooking the living room (sofa bed), fibre wifi and television and the dining room with a large table.
Bathroom with 2 sinks, bath, separate toilet, garage to store your equipment. Non-smoking house and pets not allowed.

maison de rêve pour les vacances.

Tout était au delà de nos espérances : équipement complet, propreté et confort de la maison, calme absolu, 200 mètres de la plage, vue sur la mer, sentier des douaniers à proximité, hotesse disponible... Maison de famille à réserver sans hésiter ! Nous étions de quatre générations différentes, chacune y a trouvé son bonheur.
