The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker for ground coffee, a toaster, a kettle, and other practical appliances. The property offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the main room, a TV, a washing machine, and reversible heating and cooling.
Enjoy the open terrace with mountain views. A barbecue is available for outdoor meals, and the terrace provides a shaded area for relaxation.
The property offers two parking spaces and welcomes pets. Smoking is allowed, but parties are not permitted. Please note there are exterior stairs that may be challenging for guests with reduced mobility. Bed linen is not provided.
The home is attached to the owner’s residence and is 2 km from the village (about a 20-minute walk). You will enjoy a peaceful setting facing snow-capped peaks. The GR10 hiking trail is 500 m away, with access to 180 km of marked mountain bike trails, fishing, and the Canigou massif. Beaches and the Mediterranean are 45 km away, and Spain is 25 km away. Tennis and padel courts are a 15-minute walk. Our village is UNESCO-listed for its Bear Festival in Vallespir.
