Treat yourselves to a relaxing break in this elegant 79 m² holiday home, set in a characterful converted barn in the center of Azerat village. Perfect for up to 4 guests, it combines modern comfort with a warm atmosphere for a revitalizing stay.



You’ll enjoy a bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, plus complimentary toiletries for your comfort. The living room offers a sofa bed for 1–2 extra guests.



The fully equipped private kitchen (including coffee machine) and living area ensure a pleasant stay year-round. TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and fan are also available.



A true wellness space awaits with private jacuzzi, shower, and washbasin—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. A welcome gift awaits you on arrival.

Pros: Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce petit gîte plein de charme. Tout est pensé avec soin, avec de nombreuses petites attentions qui rendent l’expérience encore plus appréciable. L’ambiance est douce et cocooning, idéale pour se détendre et se sentir comme chez soi. Après de belles journées à découvrir les superbes paysages de la Dordogne, le jacuzzi est un véritable moment de plaisir et de relaxation. Un vrai petit coin de paradis que nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Merci Nathalie
