Located in Torre del Mar, the 110 sqm Casa De Tio vacation home accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will find a fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, heating through air conditioning units, television, video on demand, game console, washing machine, and dedicated workspace. Family-friendly amenities include 2 baby beds, 2 high chairs, and shared toys and books for children. Additional conveniences include a coffee percolator and self check-in. The property spans three floors with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor, bedrooms on the first floor, and terrace on the second floor.
Step outside to your private 50 sqm uncovered roof terrace featuring sunloungers, table, and seating area. You also have access to a private grill for outdoor dining. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and public transportation is conveniently nearby.
Events are not allowed on the property. A tennis court is located within a 15-minute walking distance.
The house is situated on a quiet street in the middle of Torre del Mar, close to bars and restaurants, and features its own entrance. Check-in is available anytime starting from 3 pm.
