Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, shower/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). No heating option. Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Sep. WC. Air-conditioning. 2 terraces partly covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the floors. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
