Die Unterkunft an sich war sauber und ordentlich. Auch der Pool und Saunabereich waren ok. ABER: Der Empfang, die Kommunikation und der Umgang, sowie die Kostentransparenz an der Rezeption waren bodenlos unterirdisch.Angeblich war unser Hund nicht angemeldet ( emails wiederlegen das ), im enthaltenen Handtuchpaket gibt es pro Person ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch, keine Saunatücher. Bei freundlicher Nachfrage wird man angemault, dass man selbst Handtücher mitzubringen hat. Ein nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestelltes Handtuchpaket wird ohne Erläuterung der Zusatzkosten bei Abreise mit 19 Euro in Rechnung gestellt, was an Abzocke nicht zu überbieten ist. Wir würden diese Unterkunft niemals weiterempfehlen oder nochmal besuchen. Im Gespräch ging es viel weiteren Urlaubsgästen genauso
