Charming seaside house near the center of Brétignolles-sur-Mer, between Les Sables-d'Olonne and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie on the Vendée coast. Suitable for 2 to 4 guests, this recently renovated home features a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one master, one for two children), a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, a veranda opening onto the garden, and a garage for storing bikes and accessories.
Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a quiet residential neighborhood, while being close to the sea for swimming, surfing, and hiking. The house is also near lively shops in this charming seaside resort on the Côte de Lumière.
Many activities are available during the tourist season, both locally and throughout the Vendée region (Puy du Fou 1 hour away, Vendée Globe 25 minutes, Haras de La Roche-sur-Yon 30 minutes).
