An entrance leads into a spacious living area with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (gas hob, extractor hood, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment) opening onto the living area with a dining area (table, chairs) and a lounge/relaxation area (TV, sofa, armchairs, and coffee table).

A hallway leads to a shower room, a toilet, and two bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: double bed (140cm) + wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (= 4 single beds, 90cm) + wardrobe.

The living area opens onto a lovely south-facing terrace and an unfenced garden with patio furniture (table, chairs, shade sail, sun loungers, and barbecue).
