You will be charmed by this house, rated 4*, unique in its kind, and close to all sites and amenities, which facilitates the visit of our beautiful seaside resort.
The housing is located on a street in the center of La Chaume - Cradle of the city - fishermen's district of Les Sables d'Olonne near the mythical Vendée Globe Channel.
Nearby are the market, the famous bar "The Rolling Fish" with its events, the La Chaume quay with its restaurants, ice cream shops...

With its stone charm, this Art Deco style house is composed on the ground floor:
- 1 living room with television, sofa and coffee table
- 1 dining room + open kitchen.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare good little dishes
On the 1st floor, a staircase will allow you to access:
- 1 bedroom with a 160*200cm bed and storage.
- 1 bedroom with a 140*190cm bed and storage.
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 independent toilet
The second room will allow you to access, via a staircase to the 2nd floor having:
- 1 large bedroom with a 160*200cm bed, storage and access to an outdoor terrace
In the basement, a bathroom with a shower and toilet as well as a laundry area (washing machine + drying rack).
No need to be transported, you will absolutely find everything nearby (bakery, grocery store, supermarket, restaurants).
The Sables d'Olonne train station is served by the TGV and is located 4km from the house.
The bus line stops 200 meters from the house.
We also offer a paid transfer to and from the station.
Shops in immediate proximity (grocery store 300m away, Super U supermarket, bars and restaurants, pharmacy, ...),
Maritime shuttle 200m away allowing you to access the main beach, the city center of Les Sables d'Olonne, activities, ...
