This beautiful chalet is situated in the heart of the enchanting mountain landscape of the Pongau region in Salzburg. It's about 8 minutes by car from the ski resort of Flachau. The chalet is equipped with all the luxuries you could want. In the souterrain is a private sauna and ski storage. On the 1st floor is a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. From the terrace, you have breathtaking views of the mountains

With hundreds of kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes and modern ski facilities, the Pongau region offers the ultimate Alpine experience. The ski areas Spacejet 1 Flachau, Snow Space Salzburg, Monte Popolo in Eben, Zauchensee and Altenmarkt-Radstadt, part of Ski Amadé, can be reached in about 10 minutes from the chalet. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and après-ski are also excellent options in this region. The Pongau region in winter is a magical destination for ski fanatics and winter lovers. After a day of skiing, relax at the Erlebnis-Therme Amadé in Altenmarkt (approx. 6.5 km).

Also discover the summer charm of the Pongau region, located centrally in Salzburgland. This region offers an oasis of green mountains and crystal-clear mountain lakes. Explore the many hiking trails, take a refreshing dip in one of the lakes, and enjoy adventure activities like mountain biking and rafting.
