Wir mussten in diesem Jahr erstmals, aufgrund besonderer Umstände, die Ferienwohnung Eulennest, über Sylt to Hus buchen. Wir waren mit der Agentur, aufgrund unserer gemachten positiven Erfahrung, mehr als zufrieden. Die Wohnung war top gepflegt und wir fühlten uns bei Sylt to hus, auch im Problemfall, bestens aufgehoben. So gab es in unserer ersten Nacht einen Wasserschaden auf Grund eines neu installierten Wasserboilers. Sowohl Herr Paulsen persönlich, als auch der Monteur waren umgehend zur Stelle und haben das Problem prompt und zufriedenstellend gekümmert. Als kleines erstesTrostpflaster gab es einen Essensgutschein. An dieser Stelle nochmal vielen Dank dafür. Wir können Sylt to hus als Agentur uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Unser nächster Aufenthalt in 2027 ist bei Sylt to hus bereits vorgemerkt. Wir bedanken uns herzlich und besonders bei Herrn Paulsen für die professionelle Betreuung. Weiter so !!!
