This lovingly furnished apartment on the mezzanine floor offers approximately 38 m² of space and is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

From the bedroom, featuring a cosy double bed and a TV, you enter the bright, small living room, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa and another TV.
The adjacent, new country-style kitchen is very well equipped with a dining area, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A microwave, glass-ceramic stove, and oven make cooking a pleasure even while on holiday.
From the kitchen, you have direct access to the cosy south-facing balcony.
The new, spacious bathroom is equipped with a modern walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
A private parking space is available to you free of charge.
