Located in Costa del Silencio, Arona, this wonderful holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a modern bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, flat-screen TV, fan, and, upon request and subject to availability, a travel cot and high chair for children.
The apartment boasts a beautiful private terrace accessible from the living room, perfect for relaxing while admiring stunning views of Mount Teide and the mountains. Within the residence, you'll find a fabulous outdoor communal pool just a 1-minute walk away, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and showers. The pool area includes a large pool for adults and a separate children’s pool.
Street parking is easily available. Public transport is within easy reach nearby and from the airport. The home is in a secure, gated residential complex with 24-hour security. Events of any kind are not permitted on the property.
Airport shuttle service is available for an extra fee, upon request and subject to host approval.
