Recently renovated, the property features traditional vaulted ceilings, a lofted double bedroom, a children's room, three bathrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen, and a large outdoor area with lawn. Amenities include air conditioning in the sleeping area, three TVs, washing machine, kitchenette, oven, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, iron, free Wi-Fi, a circular pool (306 cm diameter, 76 cm height), and heating with radiators throughout. Pets are not allowed.



This typical Salento house combines historic charm with modern comfort. The large outdoor spaces are perfect for dining al fresco, enjoying cool Salento evenings and the scent of fresh grass in summer.
