Apoline's Studio – Shared Pool

Recently built studio in the La Savinière residence in La Tranche sur Mer, nestled among pine trees, offers you a comfortable stay. Ideally located at the start of the cycle path leading either to the beach or to the town center. Shared pool available in July and August.



This first-floor apartment features a lovely terrace. It includes a kitchenette with a combination oven and two burners, a shower room, a sleeping area with bunk beds (no window), and a living/dining room with table, chairs, a sofa bed for two, and a TV. A private parking space is available for you.



The accommodation is carefully prepared. Please respect the property.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. Even if you select the cleaning option, you are asked to leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, and take out all trash and waste.



Parties are strictly prohibited.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and set out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, etc.) must be taken to the local recycling containers.
