Studio apartment Ole Peerstall (ground floor) - Appelbue: Vacation in the stork village

The Ole Peerstall studio apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible directly from the courtyard via a separate entrance. Spanning over 40 square metres, the apartment features a practically equipped kitchenette, a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a cosy sitting area, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. One child under 5 years of age can sleep in the parents’ bed free of charge. A travel cot can be provided upon request for a fee. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor areas.

The studio apartment can be booked for as little as one night, making it the perfect accommodation for cyclists passing through. Larger groups of cyclists—up to 8 people—can also stay for one night at Hof Appelbue by combining this apartment with additional guesthouse rooms.

We provide coffee and various types of tea in the cycling accommodation (double room & Ole Peerstall) for self-service.



Welcome to Hof Appelbue!
Our farm, featuring two holiday apartments and a studio apartment, is located in the stork village of Bergenhusen, in the green inland region of Schleswig-Holstein.
The farmstead is the ideal retreat for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. The farm has its own stork’s nest, so you can experience the animals’ lives up close. The large garden, with its chickens, ducks, and sheep, also offers plenty of variety for guests of all ages. 

The rental price includes bed linens and towels, utility costs, parking right outside the door, and Wi-Fi.


The local supermarket offers fresh rolls, baked goods, and other groceries daily (except Sundays). At the nearby café and country inn, Hoier Boier, you can enjoy a delicious dinner during business hours. 



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
