La Parra 1 at Mas Pareta: Rural Apartment with Pool and Farm near Costa Brava

The rural apartment “La Parra 1” is part of the restored Mas Pareta farmhouse, a small family project offering rural apartments where you share the pool, gardens, and a small farm. What makes the farmhouse special is its secluded location, surrounded by fields and with no neighbors, ensuring peace and plenty of space. It was one of the first rural tourism houses in the area and has been welcoming guests for 30 years.



Here, you can enjoy cycling and mountain biking, hiking, swimming in the pool, a playground, pony rides, and taking part in farm, garden, and orchard activities.



The surroundings feature beautiful landscapes with trails, fields, and forests. The property is close to some of Girona province’s most iconic spots, such as the beaches and coves of the Costa Brava (Roses, l’Escala, l’Estartit, Begur, Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, Tamariu, Palamós, Platja d’Aro, and Sant Feliu de Guíxols), Banyoles Lake, the Medes Islands, the Gavarres and Montgrí massifs, the Botanical Gardens of Blanes, and Cap Roig Gardens.
