Beautiful, rustic villa "Lou", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Filipini 8 km from the centre of Poreč, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 35'000 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (120 m2, depth 140 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio (15 m2), terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, washing machine.
