Located in Sablé-sur-Sarthe, Pays de la Loire, this unique 50 m² houseboat welcomes up to 2 guests in a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, heating throughout the boat, a private smart TV with phone connection, video on demand, and a dedicated workspace. The boat is accessible at ground level and ideally situated near public transport, the SNCF train station, and the motorway.
To enhance your stay, we provide breakfast essentials (coffee, tea, orange juice, homemade jam).
Step out onto your private open terrace to admire views of the château overlooking Sablé-sur-Sarthe’s port. An outdoor shower is available, and the houseboat is moored at a private, secure pontoon.
Parking is available on site or nearby, free of charge. This accommodation is for adults only and events are not permitted.
