Our three comfortable double rooms offer a modern atmosphere with wide-plank flooring, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, parking, and complimentary bottled water in the room; bicycles can be securely stored in the barn. A hearty breakfast with homemade jams ensures a perfect start to the day—and when the weather is nice, you can enjoy it outdoors. We’ll treat you to seasonal regional specialities such as fish, game, poultry, and asparagus, as well as wines from the family’s own vineyards, produced at the Stich “Im Löwen” winery in Bürgstadt. In the heart of Prichsenstadt’s romantic old town, the historic Grüner Baum Inn welcomes you—a historic administrative building dating back to 1594 and family-owned since 1886. Today, the inn is run by the fourth generation of the family with great passion and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, combining Franconian hospitality with modern comforts. Five renovated guest rooms on the ground floor offer cosy retreats ranging from 12 to 22 square metres. Equipped with a double bed, shower/toilet, TV, and Wi-Fi, they ensure a pleasant stay. Some of the rooms can also be used as family rooms for up to four people with a sleeper sofa. Breakfast can be booked for 15 EUR per person aged 10 and older. In the on-site restaurant, you can enjoy seasonal Franconian cuisine and the family’s own wines in an authentic atmosphere. Located between the Main River and the Steigerwald, the inn is an ideal starting point for excursions to Bamberg, Würzburg, Rothenburg, or into the natural beauty of the Steigerwald. The historic old town, with its half-timbered houses, towers, and city walls, is right on your doorstep. Here, you’ll experience Franconian tradition, culinary delights, and relaxation in a unique setting. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is between 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site. Garage: 10 euros (upon request only). Breakfast can be booked on site. Children under 10 stay free. Adults and children 10 and older: breakfast costs 15.00 EUR per person. Pets are not allowed; exceptions may be made by prior arrangement. A cot can be provided upon request for a fee of 10 EUR per stay.
