This exclusive holiday apartment offers an unobstructed view of the Trave River and the large Baltic Sea ferries gliding by, which connect Lübeck with the Scandinavian countries and the Baltic states. It is located just 20 metres from the recreational boat harbour, home to the legendary four-masted barque Passat, Travemünde’s famous landmark.

The apartment is stylishly furnished with high-quality, modern furnishings. A special highlight is its private wellness area with a sauna, whirlpool, and steam room featuring an integrated double
rain shower. In the living area, the flames of the bioethanol fireplace create a cosy atmosphere in the evening, as do the large ships passing by with their impressive nighttime lighting.

Our holiday rental is well-suited for guests with limited mobility. All apartments are easily accessible by lift. There are no door thresholds inside the apartment, and the shower is walk-in.

The accommodation is suitable for use with a walker or other walking aids. Please note that there are no grab bars in the bathroom, and the apartment is not wheelchair-accessible due to door widths of 69 cm.

We source 100% of our electricity from renewable energy sources; thermal energy is generated by our own gas-fired power plant, which is specifically designed to meet local needs, making it as environmentally friendly and climate-friendly as possible.

Health and safety, cleanliness, and environmental and climate protection are very important to us. That is why our beds are made up with fresh linens free of charge shortly before your arrival. Used pillows and comforters are never dry-cleaned; instead, they are disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner or recycled and replaced with hygienically sound new items. 

To reduce waste and conserve resources, a filter coffee maker with an eco-friendly permanent filter is available for your use, allowing you to conveniently brew coffee to your own taste. The rental rate includes all utilities such as electricity, gas, and water, as well as the visitor’s tax (in accordance with the applicable regulations) and one parking space.

Price Increase:

In the event of price increases for variable costs (e.g., the tourist tax of the municipality of Travemünde), Homes by the Sea GmbH is entitled to increase the price for the corresponding costs borne by the tenant.
None of the above entitles the tenant to cancel the reservation.
Trips by youth groups are only possible upon request and under certain conditions!
