Located in Sauveterre de Béarn, the 80 m² Gîte Desaphy welcomes 6 to 8 guests with beautiful mountain views. There are 3 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed, and a living room with a sofa bed for 2. The house features 2 bathrooms—one with a washing machine and separate toilet—and an independent bedroom with shower, toilet, and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning in the living room and independent bedroom, heating throughout, a filter and capsule coffee maker, a baby bed, high chair, and step-free access.



Outside, relax on the private covered and uncovered terrace, use the private barbecue, and access the shared garden with mountain view. Four bikes are available, as well as a shared bike storage room.



Parking includes 2 on-site spaces and free street parking. One well-behaved pet is allowed. Parties are not permitted. A shared ping-pong table is available, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



Bed linen and towels are included in your booking. End-of-stay cleaning must be done by guests or is available for an extra fee.
