Spacious and bright, it features a bedroom and private bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, fan, baby cot, high chair, and breakfast included. Enjoy access to the pool, games room (billiards, table tennis), and greenway. Summer nights are usually cool (17–20°C)—sleep with the windows open and enjoy the natural breeze. Pets are welcome. Only 15 minutes from Mirepoix and 50 minutes from Toulouse.

Welcome to Domaine de Marlas, a 19th-century farmhouse with exposed stone and beams, set in a 13-hectare park in Rieucros. Here, you won’t find a hotel or modern décor—just an authentic rural home where old-world charm makes all the difference.
