The property is very close to the Sables Blancs and Saint-Jean beaches. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilets, a terrace, and a sunny garden.



On the ground floor, you’ll find an entrance with laundry room (washing machine, dryer, space for beach gear) and a large living area with open kitchen leading to the terrace and garden. The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.



Everything is within walking distance: the beach, shops, market, and seaside walks are all just minutes away. This house is perfect for enjoying a relaxing stay with family or friends, just a stone’s throw from the ocean.
