The Seeschwalbe 12/2 vacation home offers 120 m² of space for relaxing days with family or friends in a quiet location near the beach on Langeoog. With three bedrooms on the first and second floors, it has a total of four rooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The vacation home spans four floors. Babies and toddlers are welcome. Two high chairs and two cribs are available for our youngest guests, and stair gates provide additional safety.

The centerpiece is the cozy and stylishly furnished living area with a sofa nook, armchairs, and an extra-large TV. Here you can relax after a long day at the beach and wind down the evening with a good book or in good company over a glass of wine. The water vapor fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere. A total of four TVs are available for your entertainment, and you’ll always stay connected thanks to free Wi-Fi. From the living room, you can step out onto the sheltered patio, which extends your living space outdoors; patio furniture and a parasol are provided so you can enjoy the weather and the fresh North Sea air.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and drinks, including a 4-burner ceramic-glass stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Senseo espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker, and a blender. At the large dining table, you can enjoy home-cooked meals together while sharing stories about the day’s adventures.

All three bedrooms are located on the upper floors and are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds for restful nights during your vacation. Each bedroom also features a TV and a closet with plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. Two large double beds (each 180 x 200 cm) in the first-floor bedrooms and two single beds (each 100 x 195 cm) in the attic await you. One of the bedrooms also has its own small balcony, where you can start your day in peace with a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, the blackout curtains in the bedrooms are currently broken and cannot be replaced until winter.

Two bathrooms, equipped with sinks, toilets, showers, makeup mirrors, and hair dryers, ensure comfort and privacy throughout your day. There is also a guest restroom. A set of towels and bed linens per person is provided for you.

A special highlight is the wellness area in the basement of the house, featuring its own sauna and relaxation room—ideal for unwinding after an active day. Conveniently, this floor also features the second bathroom, which has a large shower and thus expands the wellness oasis. Of course, bathrobes are also provided for your sauna session.

Contactless check-in and check-out are conveniently handled via a key safe located right in the entryway of this non-smoking accommodation. A safe for your valuables is also available. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this house. Another convenient feature: a washer and dryer are available for your use in the house, as are an ironing board and iron.
