Experience a wonderful vacation by the sea in this comfortable apartment: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace.

Enjoy a wonderful stay in this comfortable holiday rental featuring 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace. The ideal base for a relaxing holiday close to the beach and city centre. This tastefully furnished apartment spans two floors and features a private terrace with patio furniture. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace or savour a long summer evening. 


Layout
On the ground floor, you’ll find the cosy living room with a two-seater sofa, a rattan chair, digital TV, and free Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The open kitchen is functionally furnished and equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator (without a freezer), a combination microwave, and a coffee maker (Senseo/filter).

Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a cosy bedroom here with a comfortable single box-spring bed (80x200) and a closet.

First Floor

On the upper floor is a spacious bedroom with two single box-spring beds (80x200) and a children’s bed (60x90). The staircase can be secured with a stair gate.


Terrace
The terrace is furnished with patio furniture and offers complete privacy thanks to the solid fence. 
The patio is lockable. For your convenience, there is also a practical canopy where you can store your (rental) bikes out of the rain. You can also charge e-bikes on the terrace (there is no separate storage room).

Barbecuing is allowed, but only on the raised terrace slab! 



A high chair and a cot (60x90) are provided as standard.


Parking in Egmond aan Zee is subject to a fee!
A digital parking permit is included. This allows you to park in public car parks within designated zones. You must provide us with your number plate number when booking! We will enter this into the parking system.

-Pets are not allowed.
-Smoking indoors is not permitted.

-A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the shed. They operate via coin slot (€1.00 per use).

Es war alles ordentlich und sauber. Der Außenbereich war sehr groß, so konnte man seine Fahrräder gu

Es war alles ordentlich und sauber. Der Außenbereich war sehr groß, so konnte man seine Fahrräder gut abstellen und draußen noch gemütlich sitzen. Der Kontakt wenn man ihn benötigt hatte, war direkt da und man musste nicht lange warten. Auf Anfrage wurde sogar das Ticket fürs parken vor Ort bis 15 Uhr verlängert, so musste man nach dem Check out nicht direkt weg. Wenn man möchte kann man vor Ort seine Wäsche für kleines Geld in der Waschmaschine waschen und im Trockner trocknen, bestimmt gut wenn man Kinder dabei hat oder mehrere Tage vor Ort ist.
