Luxury villa “Maison Edith” in the heart of Westende, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Spacious holiday home (290 m²) for 8 guests 2 baby cots. Bright living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 bunk beds). Bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. Enclosed garden (130 m²) and large terrace (45 m²). Small pets allowed.
Wifi: yes. Parking included. Bring your own bed linen and towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
