Explore the coast of Ventimiglia, Bordighera, and Arma di Taggia, as well as the inland areas of Dolceacqua, Pigna, Apricale, and Bajardo. Stroll through San Remo or go shopping in Nice. The beach, shops, and restaurants are 1.5 km away. The Nice Airport is 50 km away.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom and a double bedroom with bunk beds.
The spacious kitchen (built in 2024) is equipped with an induction cooktop and a dishwasher. The living room offers views of the Mediterranean garden and the sea. The bathroom features a small bathtub with a shower, a toilet, and a bidet.
The kitchen opens onto a large terrace and the garden, which features a pizza oven and a grill. Children can play in the garden and swing on the swing in the large cherry tree.
Wi-Fi and parking spaces are available on the property.
The house is located at the end of a winding but well-maintained road in the hills of Ventimiglia. That’s why the view is so beautiful! Depending on the size of your car, you may have to navigate a few curves. We drive a VW Tiguan.
